Each passing minute drains 5 points from the frog's hunger meter, simulating the creature's natural need for sustenance—if it hits zero, the game ends, and the frog retreats into lethargy. To succeed, guide the frog across lily pads, through reeds, and over rippling streams, timing precise leaps to snag flies, beetles, and butterflies mid-air. Power-ups like golden fireflies offer temporary boosts, replenishing the meter or granting bonus speed for tougher levels. As rounds progress, environments shift from sunny ponds to misty marshes and nocturnal swamps, introducing obstacles such as darting dragonflies or thorny barriers that demand quick reflexes and strategic planning. Scoring rewards skillful hunts: basic catches yield 10 points, while chaining multiple grabs without landing scores multipliers up to 3x. Collect rare glowing moths for special abilities, like a double jump to reach high perches. Compete against time-based waves where insect swarms intensify, testing endurance and accuracy. Unlock new frog variants—agile tree frogs or robust bullfrogs—each with unique traits to enhance replayability.
