Imprisoned against your will, you must navigate a series of 20 treacherous dungeons, each more hazardous than the last, to reclaim your freedom. These underground labyrinths bristle with deadly obstacles designed to thwart any escapee. Sharp spikes protrude from the floors and walls, ready to impale the unwary. Blazing fireballs hurtle through narrow corridors, forcing quick maneuvers to avoid incineration. Cannonballs launch from hidden alcoves, barreling toward you with relentless force, demanding precise timing to evade their explosive impact. Every level tests your agility and wits. Platform gaps yawn wide, requiring leaps of faith across crumbling ledges. Hidden switches beckon from shadowed corners, unlocking routes but often triggering fresh dangers. Environmental hazards add to the chaos: rivers of molten lava simmer below, and gusts of superheated air propel you toward doom if you're not vigilant. As you progress, the stakes intensify. Later dungeons introduce patrolling guardians—fiery elementals that pursue with unyielding aggression—and collapsing structures that reshape the terrain mid-chase. Collect scattered artifacts along the way to bolster your endurance, but linger too long and the heat will sap your strength. Persistence is key. Master the rhythm of jumps, slides, and dodges to conquer each chamber.
